Quit smoking with hypnosis I offer a program suitable for people who are committed to quit but have found it too difficult so far. The program is spread on 2 to 3 sessions. The first session takes 2 hours. The second session lasts 1 hour. Some people like to have a 3rd session two weeks later to reinforce their gain. The program is tailored to your individual needs.
