I offer a very successful program suitable for people who are committed to quit. The program is spread over 2 to 3 sessions. The first session takes 2 hours. The second session lasts 1 hour. Some people like to have a 3rd session two weeks later to reinforce their gain. The program is tailored to your individual needs. I call you between sessions to check on your progress and give you any support you may need.
